I began my Doctorate in Counselling and Psychotherapy in 2017 and was awarded my Doctorate at the start of 2022. I researched supervisee self-care in clinical supervision. I have supervised others for a number of years, across a wide range of helping professions such as within criminal justice settings, in education settings, for mental health organisations.

I am passionate about the importance of supervision to maintain good practice and the wellbeing of those who help others. I provide supervision training to encourage supervisor curiosity, to challenge supervisory practice and to elevate supervision.
